If your package arrives damaged or defective, it can be returned to our webstore by mail.

Please contact us at galahouseware@gmail.com within 30 days of receipt of product.

E-mail inquiries will be replied from Monday to Friday during regular business hours.

Please provide the following:

• Original order number
• The product number of the unused item, in its original packaging
• Size and weight of the item's box you will be sending
• IMPORTANT: Please do not send back orders before contacting us.
• We will not accept returns or exchanges on used items or items without original packaging under any circumstances. Unless an incorrect or damaged item has been sent to you, the shipping charge will be your responsibility.
• If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
